First of all it all started in 1990, with the parents, Isabelle & Hervé Prigent, who started the adventure of “Nos Maisons Parisiennes” with the creation of the hotel Apollon Montparnasse. 

6 years later, Isabelle, took over the hotel « de Londres Eiffel » to create her 2nd home, with an atmosphere representing her. 
Two steps away from the Eiffel Tower, Isabelle wanted her home to be warm, in the style of a family home “à la française”. She values the ‘Made in France’ for the choices of materials and furniture that she personally selected with so much pleasure, and she surrounded herself with a loyal team, always ready to listen to the guests. 

In 2012, with the hotel « Signature St Germain des Prés », Delphine brings her own imprint to the group, without losing sight of the values her parents set in place over the last 30 years. 

Her home is a nest in her image, a lively and colorful place where the well-being of each and everyone is a priority. There is a cozy, refined and modern atmosphere that will seduce you.

With Maison Chomel, Delphine adds a new address to the family collection. Antoher authentic and charming address, located in the same street as the « Signature St Germain des Prés » 50 meters away, in Delphine’s favorite neighborhood. This parisian home offers the charm of ancient building and a hushed atmosphere.
